Venture Domain Hosting (referred
hereinafter as 'Venture Domain Hosting', 'VDH', 'our',
'we' and 'us') is a web hosting company. All accounts
on our
web servers are subject to the Account Password Reset Policy as described
in this document. Under this Password Reset Policy, your placement
of information
on our servers is
an acknowledgement that you have read, understand,
and agree to be bound by
terms and conditions below.
1. Password Reset Procedure
Customer will need to submit a fully completed "Account Password Reset Request Form" via fax to 6836 0278 to initialize the password reset process. Once we received the request, we will verify the customer account status. Only request from the registered customer email account in our database will be processed. This is for security purpose. We DO NOT accept password reset requests over the phone. Only a fully completed formal request via email or faxed copy of the password reset form will be entertained. An admin fee will be charged for the request of Account Password Reset (Please click here for the list of fees).
Venture Domain Hosting's Management reserves the right to reject or disapprove any customer password reset request based on our sole discretion.
2. Modification of these terms and condition
Venture Domain Hosting reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this policy is written. No prior notice may be given.
3. General Information
The Password Reset Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and
Venture Domain Hosting and govern your use of the Service, superceding any
prior
agreements between you and Venture Domain Hosting. You also may be subject
to additional
terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate or other Venture
Domain Hosting services, third-party contents or third-party software. The
Policy and the relationship between you and Venture Domain Hosting shall
be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore without regard to its
conflict
of law provisions. You and Venture Domain Hosting agree to submit to the
personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Republic
of Singapore.
The failure of Venture Domain Hosting to exercise or enforce any right or
provision of the Policy shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
If any provision of the Policy is found by a court of competent jurisdiction
to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor
to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision,
and the other provisions of the Policy remain in full force and effect.
You agree
that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause
of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Policy
must
be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or
be forever barred.
