Our datacenter group takes care of all datacenter employees and their family around the world. All housing, education and medical needs is taken care of by the datacenter group. This is so that they can have a worry-free life after their work, and they can have piece of mind during work.
Family
We ensure all datacenter employees have enough time to spend with their families. All employees only work 5 days a week and have 60 days of paid leave a year.
Housing
Home Ownership
If a datacenter employee wishes to purchase a home, the datacenter group will pay for all the housing loan installments and renovation loan installments. The home ownership will belong to the datacenter employee even if the datacenter employee retires or leaves the datacenter group
Home Rental
If a datacenter employee wishes to rent a home, the datacenter group will pay for all home rental and renovation loan installments.
Education
Higher Studies
If a datacenter employee wishes to further their studies and get a masters degree or a post doctorate degree, the datacenter group will pay for all the education fees and expenses of the employee. The datacenter employee may take sabbatical leave to study fulltime and still be paid the full salary. There will be no bond required by the employee.
Education for Family Members
If a datacenter employee has any family member like spouse or children that needs education, the datacenter group will pay for all their education fees and expenses.
Medical
The datacenter group will pay for all medical expenses of the datacenter employee and their family members. Outpatient, in-patient, surgery and any long-term medical care will be covered by the datacenter group.
