Customer Support Consultant (10 openings)
The successful candidates for this job must demonstrate exceptional customer service and troubleshooting skills. You must be very patient and have the ability to listen and generate technically sound solutions on-the-fly.
Provide technical support to customers via email and other communication means.
Managing customer support requests.
Experience with Linux and providing technical support to people using it. All skill levels.
Experience with Linux and all its subsystems (Apache, BIND, MySQL, PHP, Exim, Courier and many more).
Experience with broad set of web hosting topics.
Understanding of sales and able to handle tickets that involve both support and subtle sales pitches.
Good interpersonal and communications skill with customer-oriented mindset.
Profound knowledge of Apache and Linux web servers.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Ability to work under fast-paced environment.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 10AM to 6PM (Shift 1), 6PM to 2AM (Shift 2), 2AM to 10AM (Shift 3).
Sales Consultant (10 openings)
The successful candidates for this job must demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills. You must be proactive and have the ability to generate new sales leads.
Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets.
Proactive in lobbying and generating sales.
Develop and foster good relationships with existing / potential clients.
Experience with broad set of web hosting topics.
Good interpersonal and communications skill with customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and a good team player.
Ability to work under fast-paced environment.
Keep up to date on competitors products, services and pricing
For Customer Support Consultant position, applicants should possess:
Qualification: Diploma in I.T.
2-3 years Working experience with Linux server administration, preferably in data centres.
Remuneration: Remuneration depends on working experience, minimum starting pay is SGD 1,800 per month with night shift allowance when applicable.
For Sales Consultant position, applicants should possess:
Qualification: Diploma with at least 2 years experience of Sales in the IT Industry
Good product knowledge of web hosting and I.T Industry.
Good command of spoken and written English
Ability to generate new sales.
Ability to meet monthly sales target.
Proven track records of sales.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high energy level as well as strong self motivational drive.
2-3 years Working experience with I.T services and telemarketing experience.
Remuneration: Remuneration depends on working experience, minimum starting pay is SGD 1,500 per month with performance bonus when applicable.
